The media is having a field day with Tiger Woods. It seems we cant get enough of the fallout from his “transgressions.” Now mistresses are coming out of the wood work with recordings of his voice and claims that he is a “tiger” in bed. Some are stating that Tiger owes his fans an apology, the media a press conference and the police a statement. There are others who are taking issue with the fact that Tiger’s wife is a Sweedish blonde and his side chicks are all white women. My opinion, Tiger owes us nothing. Non-white women everywhere I am sure are thankful and rejoicing that he opted to exclude us from his Cassanova escapades. The person with whom he should be confessing and begging for forgivness is the woman who used one of his golf clubs to break the rear window of their Escalade. Which leads me to another point: If this woman was allegedly so angry from learning that he transgressed that she would strike him, then muster the the strength to break the rear windshield of their truck , imagine what it was like living with her! It couldn’t have been easy. The cynic in me also thinks Tiger probably thought he landed a tame woman and this Sweedish au pair proved a bit challenging to rangle.
No, Tiger owes us nothing. The wrath he’s facing from his golf club weilding wife is sufficient penance. He’s great on the golf course but in seeking partners and side chicks he might want to consider stepping up his game.

You are right. I had the Tiger arguement with friends and I said the same thing. He owes us nothing. People say that they know Tiger and are surprised.. Really? I know nothing about tiger other than he does not realize that there is no such thing as not black.. you are NON WHITE. That whole race that he create for himself is really shallow and stupid. But he grew up an outcast and again when you play golf you tend to be around people that look down on you. . So you can take the OJ route or the Jim Brown Route. Jim said. I am a man and I am black and I will not be disrescpted by anyone where as man he is looked on with the utmost respect now. OJ wanted to “fit in” and did. He dated lots of white women and thought he was “IN” then realization and once tradegy struck, he saw that he thrown back to reality and that he was never accepted or respected but tolerated.
I talked about this with friends on facebook Tiger is not confident he was a geek and is a geek. Strong women donot appeal to him so he picks.. women that are not as a strong but who appeal to his confidence level. As you said look at the women he picked.Women that not appeal to his intellect but women that appeal to his lack of self confidence. All he has is Golf. He had Golf and his dad.. Now he only has Golf and he looks for anything that makes him feel more like a man.
Sucks being Tiger… It is a matter of survival for him. the only way he can feel like a man .. Sad real sad

You commented on how Tiger selected women – both for his marriage and for his various infidelities – that were “beneath” him. The reason why he did this is not because he couldn’t “get” anyone better, but because these people, he thought, were much easier targets for him to control. A beautiful waitress that lacks intellectual rigor is much easlier to use and emotionally dispose of than someone whom you consider to be your intellectual equal. Men, real men, respect and admire women who are who are as smart and accomplished as they are. For these men, such women become wives, and mothers of their children, not playthings.
I believe your assumption about Tiger with regards to his wife is correct. He thought that she would not be as strong willed and determined as she ultimately proved to be. He also had affairs with women who may have been a bit lower on the socio-economic scale for the same reason. They were easy to impress, easy to seduce, and easy to move on from casually.
Some of the women who have spoken out confirm this conclusion through their allegations to the press.
One woman who claims she fell in love with Tiger and was crushed when he dumped her, told a British tabloid that when she went into his mansion there were no pictures of he and his wife, but there was a wall covered with his awards and trophies.
Tiger, knowing that he still had years of playing around within him, should have never gotten married to begin with. Now, the divorce, and the resulting legal settlements he may have to deal with, appear to be only the start of his troubles.

i enjoyed the post. i think you made some valid points concerning Tiger Woods perhaps thinking he’s married a timid swede, but as we all now know, that is hardly the case. ha. i don’t blame her for being as volatile as she’s become that night. thing is – i doubt very seriously if that is when she initially found out about her husband’s cheating behavior.
i too found it strange that he targeted women who one would’ve never imagined Tiger Woods to sleep with.
so now everything is out in the open and Tiger finally has to man up and deal with the beatdown his reputation has constantly taken in the media. that’s all fine and dandy, but i just hope he’s able to resume his golf career ’cause at the end of the day, that’s what will make him happy.
